The mission of the Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities (ACBDD)is to assist eligible individuals with disabilities in choosing a life of increasing capability such that they can live, work, and play in the community, and to assist and support the families of these individuals in achieving these goals.  To accomplish this mission, the ACBDD provides a wide range of programs, services, and supports for children and adults with other developmental disabilites.
